Wuthering Heights (1847)
Mr. Earnshaw has two children: the eldest, Hindley, and a daughter, Catherine. One day, he brings back from a trip an abandoned child of 6 years old, Heathcliff, whose origin will remain unknown. Hindley quickly came into conflict with Heathcliff and, on the death of his parents, became the master of the house. Heathcliff is being treated harder than ever.
