Online book: Secret Societies : Gardiner’s Forbidden Knowledge
A secret society is a club or an organization whose activities, events, and inner functioning are concealed from non-members. The society may or may not attempt to conceal its existence.
This book is a collection of thoughts and researches about secret societies. It is going to take you on many journeys, but whether you arrive or where you arrive will be your decision. Before you proceed, you need to “bite the apple”: Clear your mind of anything you have been told whether you are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, communist, capitalist, Freemason, or Boy Scout. Whether you see yourself as just an ordinary man or woman.
Review of this book Secret Societies : Gardiner’s Forbidden Knowledge
I’ve set aside this book several times because it kept making the same points over and over again till I started skipping paragraphs of things already stated. Nevertheless, if you treat it is a history lesson and ignore some of the fantastic/wrong conclusions drawn, it serves its purpose to educate the reader on secret societies, their influence and rituals. I initially picked up this book because I wanted to know more about how these groups originated and manage to exist even now (or convince enough people that they do), and at least to that effect I’ve emerged wiser after reading it.

Quote from Secret Societies : Gardiner’s Forbidden Knowledge
“At the center of each one of us, at the very core, there is a place where we become conscious of our unconscious state. Where we wake up to a whole new world that resides within us. This inner world is at peace and is in perfect balance. It is interconnected through the world of the subatomic particle to the very universe. Just as our eyes see the sun, our unconscious senses feel the warmth and absorb the goodness, without our conscious mind giving it a second thought. There is a whole world within us untapped and unknown to modern science, but one that was perfectly understood by the ancients, and they left clues for us to decipher. They understood how to remain conscious and to perceive the unconscious world of senses, and they gave voice and imagery to their experiences, and these became spirits, demons, and gods. We have a lot yet to learn, that has already been forgotten. There is a world full of Gnosis awaiting us.
